Conclave for the Members of the Elders Forum
The Elders Forum is the coordinating body of the entire ACJM. It has decisional powers within the Association and its members meet ordinarily at least four times in a year to discuss, plan and execute various matters concerning the ACJM. Conclaves are also held regularly for the purpose of planning as well as the spiritual formation of the members under the guidance of Br. Edmund Antao, the Spiritual Guide of the ACJM,
A conclave for the Elders Forum was held recently in North Goa from 22nd to 24th November 2024.
Conclave for the Leading Members of the Music Ministry
The Music Ministry of the Crusaders comprises members from various parts of Goa. They are not only trained in singing and playing gospel music but also undergo spiritual formation which is a vital element in the music field in order to give all glory to the Lord alone. A conclave was organised for the leading members of the Music Ministry in South Goa from 29th Nov to 1st December 2024 where they spent time listening to the Word of God preached by Br. Edmund.

Annual Pilgrimage cum Fellowship Day of the Crusaders
The annual Fellowship Day of the Crusaders is an occasion where its members young and old and from various parts of Goa gather together to simply enjoy the presence of one another. This time the Fellowship Day was combined with a pilgrimage to Our Lady of the Assumption Church in Sarzora Goa. The day began with the members gathering together for the Celebration of the Holy Mass inside the Church. Offerings in kind such as groceries, eatables, etc. were brought by many and placed before the Altar to be later given to the needy in the parish.
Soon after the Mass was over, everyone gathered together outside the church in the open space. The natural backdrop of picturesque mountains, the coolness of the winter season, and the gentle breeze blowing made the place an ideal spot for relaxation and having fun. The moments of praising and thanking God, having fellowship with one another, eating together, and playing games culminated in the final prayer and blessings.
Opening and Blessing of the Conference Meeting Centre (CMC)
The Conference Meeting Centre (CMC) of the ACJM located at Casa de Sessoes, Mangor, Vasco, was opened and blessed on 22nd December. The event was graced by Rev. Fr Patrick Furtado sac, the Spiritual Guide of the ACJM Br. Edmund Antao, the Coordinator-General (CG) Marlon D' Cruz and members from the various Zonal Cores with ACJM Office staff. Fr Patrick blessed the premises and lit the lamp with the CG and Zonal Coordinators.
All the organisational meetings that used to be held at the Head office in Vasco will now stand transferred to the new Conference premises from 1st Jan 2025. It will also serve as a Counselling centre and a place for silent & contemplative personal solo retreats and meditation.
Crusaders at the Holy Mass at Old Goa
On 27th December 2024, the Crusaders were invited by the Church to be present in large numbers at the evening Mass at Old Goa as part of the XVIII Exposition of the Sacred Relics of St. Francis Xavier.
