Zonal Reunions of the Crusaders
From the time of COVID, the Crusaders have been gathering together online over Zoom to listen to the Word of God. The internet has made it possible for wider participation in the meetings not only by Crusaders in Goa but also in India and abroad. A number of Crusader-collaborators have also started attending online meetings which are now referred to as Online Conferences. However, the Crusaders in Goa feel the need to meet together offline to spend time in fellowship as they had been doing in the past. This is taken care by organising Zonal Reunions which happen 3-4 times a year. Crusaders gather together zone-wise for prayer meetings but more time is given to interaction so that the fellowship is strengthened.
The Crusaders from the North zone had their zonal reunion on 27th October 2024 at Lar de Estudantes Hall in Panjim.
Crusaders from Vasco zone had their zonal reunion on 29th October 2024 at Pallotti Home, Chiclaim-Vasco.
The Crusaders from South Goa gathered for their zonal reunion on 31st October 2024 at St. Therese Retreat Hall in Margao.
Retreat for Confirmation Students of Chicalim Parish
A retreat was conducted for the Confirmation Students of the Chiclaim Parish in Vasco on 31st October 2024.
MONTH OF NOVEMBER 2024
Outreach Program by Music Ministry
On 3rd November 2024, the Music Ministry of the Crusaders visited an Old Age Home in Nagoa to spend time with the inmates and share the joy of Christ with them through praise and worship, music and sharing of the Word of God.
Special Prayer Meeting at Mungul Chapel
On Wednesday, 6th November 2024, the Crusaders conducted a special prayer meeting at Mt. Carmel Chapel in Mungul, South Goa. The prayer meeting began with the celebration of the Holy Mass and was followed by praise and worship, testimonies, preaching of the Word of God and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
Gathering of the Konkani Mogi-s (Lovers)
The Konkani-loving Crusaders from Salcette, Vasco and Waddem-Sanguem gathered together at Pallotti Home, Chicalim on 10th November 2024 to spend time together in praising and worshipping God, listening to the Word of God and having fellowship with one another. Such offline meetings are held regularly every 45 days besides the weekly online prayer meetings conducted in Konkani, the local language of Goa.
