Formation Conclave for Leadership of the Konkani Ministry of the ACJM
The leadership of the Konkani Ministry of the ACJM met together for a conclave on the 1st and 2nd of October 2022 in South Goa. The core members of the Konkani ministry like any other ministry of the ACJM undergo spiritual formation, which helps them not only to face the everyday challenges in their personal life but at the same carry out the mission of Christ of proclaiming the Gospel.
Formation Conclave for Leadership of the Widows Ministry of the ACJM
A conclave was held for the leadership of the Widows Ministry of the ACJM from 5th to 7th October 2022 in South Goa. Widows from all three zones (Vasco, Panjim and Margao) attended the conclave. By the end of the conclave, they were greatly strengthened as a result of spending the three days together listening to the Word of God, sharing their experiences, and enjoying the fellowship of one another. They were all set to go and strengthen others having similar struggles and bring them closer to Christ.
Formation Conclave for Leadership of the Boys Cell of the ACJM
The leadership of the Boys Cell of the ACJM had their conclave in North Goa from 21st to 23rd of October 2022. Many who have risen today to higher leadership in the various structures of the ACJM were at one time in the Boys Cell. Spiritual formation in this way has proved to be beneficial to them as well as the ACJM. A few of them have even committed their lives to serving in the ACJM. The Boys Cell is therefore a vital cell of the ACJM.
Formation Conclave for Staff Members of the ACJM Offices
A short conclave was held for the staff members of the ACJM offices from 23rd to 24th October 2022 in North Goa. Besides meditating on the scriptures, the members spent time in chalking out the plan of action for the next few months.
