4th Sep – 9th Sep: Staff members of the offices of the Crusaders came together for a 6-day conclave at ‘Shanti Sadan’, Benaulim-Goa (CCBI Secretariat Extension). This is part of the regular ongoing round-the-year formation given to all the structures of the Crusaders, beginning with the staff members and then to the various core groups of ministries and the second line of leadership. Evaluations of the spiritual graph of each together with expositions on various aspects of Biblical leadership paved the way for further planning and other organisational matters.
