Ministries in the Association

This ministry looks after the spiritual well-being of married people. The ministry heeds well the warning given by Sr. Lucia dos Santos (one of the 3 seers of Fatima) that the world is living in a time when the final battle will be waged between the devil and the family. To counter this, the ministry aims to build rock-solid healthy marriages founded on Biblical principles of christian living and the teachings of the Catholic Church.

A subset of the CEHC, the Young Married Hearts ministry is home to all married people who have completed upto 15 years of marriage. The ministry provides all the necessary resources to couples to strengthen their interpersonal relationship in the light of the Word of God and assist them in navigating the early years of marriage with grace. The result is often seen in couples living a Christ-centered marriage while making a positive impact on the lives of others in witnessing to Christ.

The ministry is focused on widows and provides them with support required spiritually, emotionally and in practical ways, to see God’s loving hand in every loss. The ministry empowers those battling the grief of losing a loved one and leads them to discover the steadfast love of God in their grief. Many have been transformed consequently into powerful evangelists, leaving grief behind and embracing a new life of dedication to the service of the Lord’s Kingdom and in reaching out to other widows.

Channelising the boundless energy of the youth, the ministry is designed for the young people who after joining the Association, seek to grow in holiness and be living witnesses for Christ. The ministry helps the youth to explore the deeper truths of the faith through the Holy Bible and through conviction, experience a calling to shun superficial living of the Catholic faith. The ministry is an investment for the future of the faith and with regular disciple-formation camps, the next generation of faith-filled adults is thus formed.

The Kid’s Club places the focus on nurturing the faith of children. The meetings of the ministry include fun-filled activities to teach the rudimentaries of the faith, lessons tailor made for the little ones, and group outings to spiritually vibrant locations. Biblical stories and their applications in daily life lay the foundation of furthering the growth of holiness in the children in the ministry, apart from several other activities.

Riding the wave of digital media expansion, this ministry dedicates itself to production of Gospel-based content delivered to device making it possible for anyone on the planet to access spiritual content.

This ministry caters to the vast majority of people in Goa for whom the mother tongue is Konkani. This fast growing ministry holds gatherings, meetings, conclaves for people across Goa who prefer the regional language to better understand the depth of the Catholic faith and live out their lives in keeping with Gospel-driven values.

The workings of this ministry provides the necessary spiritual power to drive the various branches of the ACJM through constant round the clock intercession. The ministry holds regular seminars on deeper aspects of Intercession based on biblical principles besides the regular meetings at various locations both online and offline where like-minded prayer warriors gather together for intercession.

Through this ministry, the people of God are exhorted to worship God through song. The ministry encompasses praise and worship teams, youth choirs and adult choirs, with training imparted to them to not only sing and play music but to internalise the values of Jesus Christ and as a result become true worshippers in spirit. The ministry holds concerts and programs both indoors and outdoors with their own compositions drawing in a vast array of people to worship the Lord.

One among the more recent initiatives by the Crusaders, the Education Cell of the Crusaders provides invaluable career guidance to young individuals, integrating faith with professional advice on seeking out the best career opportunities. Insights drawn from the Holy Bible on discerning God’s Will for one’s professional life together with prayer provided a much-needed holistic approach to the crucial choices faced by the youth of today. Resource persons from well-established career guidance counselors provided practical advice and encouragement to the youth who along with their parents benefit much from the programs held. had come together for this event, held at the John Paul II Complex, Borda-Margao.
